VIRTUAL YOGA CLASS REGISTRATION FORM

Arunodhaya's Virtual Yoga classes will be provided by Mrs. Deepika from SKANDA AROGIYAM in Chennai, India. Students who have completed the Beginners Level exam and above will be required to enroll in this class as it will be a part of our Bharathanatyam Curriculum.

We lovingly, patiently and joyfully teach the children’s in to asanas that are claimed to provide more benefits towards physical and mental wellbeing like increased memory power, immunity boosting, increased concentration power. yoga is preventive tools for kids to keep them away from cold, flu, fever & to treat hyperactive kids, to stamina building, for height growth, better flexibility and to develop prefrontal context such as social behavior, expressions, care, love, humble and respect.

CURRICULUM- Basic to advanced asanas, Surya Namaskar, Chandra Namaskar, Pranayama, Meditation, team collaboration games, Vedic heritage covering the cultural importance, Ethical Values and Slokas.
